Corporate Capability Statement
The Power/Excel Foundation, Incorporated, a 501-C-3 non-profit organization, hires professional trainers for all workshops and seminars. All of the trainers are expert speakers in education, business, and industry. Trainers work directly with the students or with the staff to help them build a program and become comfortable with the delivery.
We engage professional trainers with experience in education, business and industry for all workshops and seminars. Here are a few brief accomplishments experienced by the organization since 2001:
- Provided seminars for incarcerated men and women in transition to their communities2001 - present
- Conducted training in conflict resolution for the Youth Empowerment Program at Baltimore City Community College 2004 - present
- Conduct monthly trainings in professional development for schools and community-based organizations, 2004 - present
- Designed and conducted a leadership retreat for management and staff at Rehabilitative Systems Inc.2005
- Conducted leadership training for high school seniors at Glenelg Country School, 2005
- Conducted a seminar in conflict resolution for the mentoring project for girls sponsored by the Maryland State Department of EducationSpring 2004

- Enrolled high school students in the Credit Recovery program under the Youth Opportunity Grant in Baltimore City Public Schools2001-2002
