Cultivate Internal Staff Development
In a time of bare bones budgets, more organizations are doing in-house training. This presents a challenge for the employee assigned to the new role of trainer and an opportunity for us to help the new trainer:
- Develop organizational and presentation skills
- Make the shift from the old to the new role
- Deal with people who do not want to be in the training
